BATE & ASOCIATII – Attorneys at Law Professional Partnership, was set up by the association of two lawyer partners, Bogdan Bâte and Silvia Neag, who, together with other associates and in direct collaboration with specialists in the accounting and tax fields, have built a solid team with extensive professional experience throughout the commercial and business field, as well as in other practice areas.
Currently, we work with five lawyers and four chartered accountants, we have professional collaborations with notaries public, enforcement officers, legal experts, certified translators and IT service providers, we manage three offices in the cities of Timișoara, Arad and Deva, and our project is constantly developing and improving.
Our legal work is carried out mainly in the area of company law, but also in the civil and criminal law fields, with solid experience in practice areas such as commercial law, administrative and tax law, labour law, intellectual and industrial property, enforcement and criminal business law.
Each of the cases we take on is thoroughly studied and worked on in parallel by two lawyers so that attendance at court hearings, drafting of forthcoming legal documents, advice and constant client information are not interrupted by any unforeseen event.
